Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal
Job description
Law firm based in Greenwich CT, looking for a self motivated paralegal/legal assistant to fill a full time position.
Litigation experience, case management, and familiarity with CT State E-filing and CM/ECF filing is a must.

The right candidate will work closely with attorneys and paralegal staff on client files, court preparation, subpoenas, interrogatories, research, case deadlines, calendar management, medical record requests, client correspondence, etc.
Experience with a busy phone system, client intakes, answering and directing incoming calls and data entry are also required.
Typical Hours are M-F 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with little to no overtime.
Salary is commensurate with experience and will be discussed further during the interview process.
Remote work is not available at this time.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
