Position: Leasing Specialist for Falls Village – Baltimore, MD
Role Overview
As a Leasing Specialist for Falls Village, you will work at a fast pace to lease apartment-homes in a competitive market. In addition, you will deliver after-sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents. Falls Village has 320 apartment-homes.
Most Important Responsibilities
- Sales focused. Strong lead management to be able to convert leads to tours and tours to residents.
- The discipline to follow up. Consistent follow-ups are one of the most valuable acts for anyone in a sales role.
- Be politely persistent. Don’t take no for an answer.
- Product knowledge. Understand our product and be able to articulate its value.
- Develop relationships. Build and manage a portfolio of relationships.
- Collaborate with your team. Understand the unique needs of prospects and residents to determine the best solution.
- Administratively strong to be able to handle applications, leases and other lease documents in accordance with CRC policy.
Most Important Qualifications
- Ability to sell in a competitive market.
- Previous Leasing experience is preferred, but not required.
- Hospitality, sales, customer service experience also considered.
- Must be willing to work rotating weekend hours.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivation and drive. Quick on your feet with a strong work ethic.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- People skills. Ability to have conversations with prospects and to listen to their real needs, so you can build rapport and trust.
- Team oriented.
