Four Bridges Apartments is a beautiful community of 266 apartment homes nestled on the first fairway of a private golf course, owned and managed by Towne Properties. We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team in providing impeccable customer service and sales.

This challenging opportunity includes:

• Acting as the main point of contact with prospective residents through phone calls, online and email chats, and in-person visits
• Presenting community common areas and conducting tours of model apartments at both communities
• Preparing leases and associated documents for both communities
• Assisting with marketing, social media, and resident activities for both communities
• Providing outstanding customer service to current and future residents by answering questions and assisting with service requests for both communities

You offer the following minimum requirements:

• 2+ years related experience (multifamily leasing highly preferred)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent distractions
• Good computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, social media for business use, and ability to learn and use Yardi software
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
• Drug and background check
