Leasing Manager

Job Description:

Works with the Community Manager to oversee the leasing team. Ensures consistent sales techniques and closing efforts are being implemented through daily monitoring, training, and coaching. Ensures all daily traffic, applications, and approvals are executed in Entrata. Delegates and monitors daily follow-up and closing ratios of each team member.

Monitors social media and web presence and works with the Marketing Manager to execute a strategy to build brand awareness and generate market presence. Organizes and executes daily outreach strategy and works to foster relationships within the local community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the leader in leasing
• Tracks leasing progress and sets daily goals
• Acts as a coach, trainer, and motivator to the sales team
• Sends weekly sales updates to the Home Office Team
• Tracks and submits monthly leasing commissions to the home office
• Executes targeted outreach to build relationships, brand awareness and increase the prospect pipeline

· Clear understanding and implementation of Leasing Workflow and Edwards Policies as they relate to;

o Entrata

o Onsite filing systems and organization

o Lease documents

• Respond to positive and negative reviews online to facilitate a positive property reputation
• Maintain a staff schedule in office

Job Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 2+ years in a leasing role and/or management role strongly preferred

· Entrata and lease-up experience a plus!

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
