Our Leasing Consultants are primarily responsible for the following:

• Performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
• Generate and handle traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and procedures
• Assist with the company's on-going relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy
• Led by the Leasing Manager, the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities
• Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies

Don’t sell yourself short. Our Leasing Consultants must have the following qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
• High School Diploma or G.E.D required
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Yardi Program knowledge is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation
• Proficient reading, writing, mathematical and grammar skills

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, every other Saturday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
