ICER is looking for a Leasing consultant representative to join our team in our Jonesboro office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
Main duties include working with tenants to find, show, and rent properties on behalf of property owners or management companies.- A leasing consultant is responsible for advertising properties, responding to inquiries, negotiating terms, finalizing leases, and resolving resident concerns
- A leasing consultant should have attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- 1-2 years proven experience in property management or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with CRM system
