If you have experience working as a leasing agent in any industry involving vehicles and/or heavy trucks or equipment, this is the opportunity for you! This is an excellent sales opportunity to build your career personally and professionally, developing prospect relationships that turn into lease customers. We are looking particularly for those with sales- related experience and a desire to further their career; a successful lease agent will love interacting with colleagues and strangers, will be motivated by constructive criticism and excellent performance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain relationships with lease customers & lease prospects; develop lease sales & marketing program
  • Maintain a Customer/ Prospect Sales database- Provide weekly & monthly sales reports to management as required
  • Achieve lease revenue, expense control, & profitability objectives
  • Possess the ability to obtain customer specifications, details, & preferences in developing a bid for the lease of trucks
  • Daily interactions w/ all Idealease departments to ensure contract customers are maintained to highest level of customer service
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management as required
  • Achieve lease revenue, expense control, and profitability objectives

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Rental / Lease Sales experience with a proven track record of sales success
  • College degree a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills internally & externally
  • Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines, when necessary
  • Possess the skills & ability to promote & nurture business relationships in our industry
