About the Team
The Early Careers team at TikTok helps to attract and recruit the next generation of talent into our student programs from across the globe in cross-functional organizations ranging from Data Science. Machine Learning, to Sales & Marketing. As a Lead Early Careers Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative early career strategies that support talent acquisition and diversity priorities of all business units across TikTok.

Responsibilities
  • Advocate for campus recruiting strategies, and build external partnerships to ensure a diverse source of early talent across university partners and partnership organizations.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop, scale, and refine tools to support the global program and assure appropriate data integrity.
  • Provide accurate program status updates to the business and HR stakeholders on the utilization, success, and outcomes of programs.
  • Ensure innovative and effective delivery of our early career programs, outreach activities, and campaigns, that bring unique candidate experience.
Provide strong leadership to the team through effective coaching, career development, and recognition.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and influence leaders across partner groups.
  • Define, in measurable terms, the critical indicators of success; generate best practices, and encourage new and innovative ideas.
  • Design and implement supporting processes and procedures to ensure the creation and delivery of the programs are seamless and professional.
  • Lead a team responsible for managing and executing early career programs from engagement to experience once on board.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of experience in campus space, Program Management, Talent Acquisition, or related area. At least one year of experience as a people manager.
  • Strong business focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, and organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and communication.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside of the box on engagement ideas and program strategies.
  • A team player who is results-oriented and comfortable in a start-up culture.
