What is your day to day?

• Responsible for training team members, setting strategy, sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and monitoring progress towards goals.
• Responsible for overseeing all janitorial activities, ensuring all operational tasks are completed in alignment with SOPs.
• Performing high end floor maintenance
• Perform cleaning services per scope and follow governing SOPs in non-classified spaces where applicable.
• Maintaining a clean and healthy facility by completing various tasks
• Supervising and completing deep cleans, office restoration, and special requested projects
• Verify that the proper chemicals are used for each designated area assigned.
• Organization and upkeep of janitor closets, supply storage, and cleaning equipment.
• Notifying Janitorial Supervisor of re-occurring deficiencies, safety concerns, and need for repairs, sitewide.
• Responsible for personnel in the absence of supervisor; communicating necessary information.

2 PM - 10:30 PM

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail is an absolute must
• Ability to use business computer hardware and software applications
• Extended periods of standing, walking, pushing and pulling, bending and crouching, climbing, and lifting
• Knowledge of floor care equipment, including Auto scrubbers and Side by Sides.

Preferred

• Prior experience of cleaning a biopharmaceutical GMP controlled environment is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is a plus but not required

39,000.00 – 39,000.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
