Lead responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of dedicated estheticians. Assessing metrics and setting goalsand keeping your team accountable for those goals.
- Excelling in the role of an esthetician, includes reaching goals and building a steady clientele.
- Interviewing prospective applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications of an excellent esthetician.
- Training and onboarding new staff members.
- Organizing meetings with skin care reps to ensure team is knowledgeable.
Job Requirements
- Valid California Esthetician license
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Weekend availability
