Job Title: Service Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $45,000-$65,000/year

Role and Responsibilities

Service Managers are responsible for profit, growth, quality control, safety and staffing at their team level. Multiple teams make up a branch and will work together to ensure proper goals are met as a whole. They will also manage 4-5 specialists and leading them to be highly productive.

Operations

· Responsible for contributing to the success of completing the appropriate amount of production available to do

· Responsible for directly managing a group of 4-5 specialists to adequately, accurately and with a high-quality service their customers daily

· Responsible for managing the quality of fleet and equipment working with your assigned specialist

· Responsible for quality control, growth and retention rate among the specialists that are directly managed

· Responsible for taking inventory counts and reporting them on a weekly basis

· Implementing and enforcing all SOPS for safety at branch level

· Responsible for running and generating leads and sales

Production

· Assist specialist daily in starting and ending their day

· Check in specialist at the end of the day

· Complete in field inspections

· Train specialists in Mobile Live functionality

· Complete manager meets and service calls as needed to meet standards

Responsible for all reporting at team level

· Production, sales, cancels, service calls and new sales

· KRA

· Inventory

· Fleet & equipment management

· Proper staffing needs

· Necessary Real Green reports

Responsible for recruiting and maintaining staff

· Prescreen and interview candidates

· Provide appropriate candidates to Branch Manager for hire

· Complete onboarding for new hires

Fleet, equipment, and uniforms

· Fleetio Management

· Know where and what condition all fleet and equipment is in

· Assign Equipment to staff and train operational and safety procedures

· Ensure specialists have correct quality and quantity of uniforms to complete their tasks

Safety

· Extensive knowledge in all aspects of safety related concerns

· Responsible for enforcing all safety SOP

· Key Holder

· Participating in King Green’s Hazard Communication Training Program

· OSHA Certified

Personnel

· Quarterly Reviews

· Annual Reviews

· Written Counseling Sessions

· Final Warnings

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Category 24 and 41 Pesticide Applicators License

· Can identify 5 main turf types

· Can identify most weeds

· Can identify most trees and shrubs in region

· Must have minimum 3 years of experience

• Spray Technician: 3 years (Required)
• Management: 2 years (Preferred)
