LARGE FORMAT ACCOUNT MANAGER

SUMMARY
Perform merchandising activities in retail accounts and provide other Sales & Marketing Team support as directed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned that pertain to the job classification, the key activities and responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for maintaining proper shelf positioning (e.g., price and brand flow), displays and location, pricing tags, and maximizing permanent and temporary POS placement.
• Writing shelf & cooler replenishment orders using SOS Ordering System.
• Maintain Shelf Sequence with SOS ordering system to ensure accuracy of orders.
• Develop & build rapport with customer base to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide great customer service at every opportunity.
• Move product from coolers, displays, and back stock to service coolers and customer shelves.
• Hang, place, and display POS items.
• Properly move and rotate product to prevent merchandising of out-of-date product.
• Assist with growing volume and share at established rate as determined by the Company.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management.

• Must be able to lift more than 35 lbs. repeatedly.
• Prior experience in grocery or retail sales a plus.
• Merchandising experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and in Company provided uniform daily.
• Car insurance requirements to be considered for employment:
  • Bodily Injury: $50,000 per person/$100,000 per incident (or more)
  • Property Damage: $50,000 (or more)
  • Comprehensive Deductible: $1,000 (or less)
  • Collision Deductible: $1,000 (or less)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Hourly rate of $17.50 to $20.00 depending on experience
• Start time is between 5:00AM and 6:30AM
• End time is once job is completed with an average work week of 45 hours
• Monthly fuel reimbursement through CarData (a third-party company)

The actual job/work will be performed at our customer locations in the Greater St. Louis area.
