Landscaping Crew Member and Crew Leader

SIGN-ON AND REFERRAL BONUSES:

OVERVIEW:

Stepping Stone Landscaping is a full-service lawn care provider in Richmond, VA. We are seeking Crew Members and Crew Leaders (full-time positions) to join the team as soon as possible! Ideal candidates are energetic, hard working, and reliable. If this sounds like you, you might be a great fit for our team and from there we can teach you everything you need to know!

The work day begins in Rockville, VA. Typical work days are Monday-Friday, but some weekend work may be required depending on weather.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include general lawn care maintenance such as:

• Mowing
• Hedge trimming
• Mulching
• Leaf blowing
• Edging and weeding
• Crew Leader will need to be able to take project direction and delegate responsibilities to team members

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work
• Experience in landscaping preferred, but not required
• Responsible and dependable

COMPENSATION:

• Starting at $15 - $18 per hour based on experience
