Welcome, I've been operating a fine gardening company in the Monadnock Region for 20 years. We have wonderful clients, maintain beautiful landscapes and collaborate with many other professionals in the region with excellent results. I have a strong horticulture and design background I will gladly share with you. We prefer to work Monday- Thursday with the occasional Friday requested. Start time 7:30 (sometimes earlier or later depending on temperatures). I offer 2 days paid time off in August as a bonus to compensate for reduced hours due to heat. This is a seasonal position April- October.

Responsibilities

Garden maintenance, edging weeding mulching, pruning, deadheading, watering, spring and fall clean-ups. For qualified individuals there could be certain gardens that will be yours to develop with my help. I would love to work with more people who take creative pride in their work, I've been very lucky to have team members like this over the years.

Garden Installation, follow precise planting instructions, be able to lift 50 pounds, work with a team and heavy equipment operators for handling large plant material.

Coordinating tools for the required work, communicating any losses in inventory for replacements.

Requirements

-Excellent work ethic: timely arrival, energetic, attention to detail, good communication skills and willingness to ask questions, we will train anyone with these abilities

-Personal phone for texting and group texting

-Personal RELIABLE vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving record

-Rain gear, multiple pairs of work gloves, proper work sneakers/ boots, no sandals

-Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Dublin, NH. Sometimes we have work to do even when the weather is terrible, I need to have some crew members on hand for such adventures, we do what we can to keep the time short in that case and I round up your billable hours.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
I will want to follow up in person, we can meet outside. My team does not carpool at this time. Work trucks are cleaned often and stocked with cleaning supplies and ppe. We can do remote ordering so curbside pick-up is available for supplies.
