Black Duck PANDORA Manager On Duty Seeking a fashion-minded person who thrives in busy work environment who is able to manage a staff professionally and with courtesy to attain personal and store sales goals and has an established history of supporting store manager with day to day running of store. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays. Compensation: Hourly plus Bonus based on Store performance Expectations § Management o Sales Floor § Ability to lead staff as CSL * Set the direction * Drive sales and PPC * Assign duties/responsibilities * Team Sell * Monitor guest interactions to ensure best SMG responses * Follow PSC * Coaching and Feedback * Chat in/Out § Communicate with store leadership to ensure smooth transition of tasks and daily expectations. § Manage guest experience and ensure successful problem resolution when possible without escalation. * Fully empowered to make decisions based on needs of business and guest satisfaction. o Back Office § Responsible for communicating status of shipments to management team. § Responsible for confirming acceptance of back office transfers and shipments. § Responsible for making sure all areas of store are properly organized and stocked so that inventory is easy to find and accessible § Assist with returns of retired and stock balance merchandise as directed by Clint/Jared § Oversee daily cleaning and balancing of trays. § Maintain store appearance § Bank deposit drops and visit bank for change/deposit slips § Safe/Closets to be locked at all times and Keys/codes only in management hands § Count in and out case keys daily and report any loss of keys to management team * Sales o Meet and exceed all store sales quota and service metrics o Meet and exceed all personal sales quotas and service metrics * Training o Direct and motivate employees to attain personal sales goals daily with role plays o Maintain standards of Dress Code, Personal Hygiene and Professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
