Junior Salesforce Administrator (SFDC)/ Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $28/hr on W2.
Description
- Be a certified Salesforce Administrator, with a desire to support ongoing maintenance tickets for existing Hotel Openings Tool users (Roadmap / Project Milestone / Permissions / License Assignments - approx. 15% of total ticket volume)
- While not often called to work with the business to gather requirements (no new enhancement work is included), this role should be able to maintain support logs (across dozens of tickets each week) and will benefit from experience with dev/ops / deployment processes (Flosum preferred)
- Support the new build / Openings team project with any historical data transitions and/or in progress hotels if/when that becomes necessary (this work includes technical documentation and sunsetting any Salesforce functionality no longer required when new tool goes live)
