We are a top multinational electronics corporation based in Ridgefield Park, NJ. We are looking for a Bilingual Korean and English-Speaking Business / Logistics Analyst who will play a vital role in ensuring we meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
The role will primarily involve business analysis and communication with system development teamwork, but will also include some traditional user interface and application module management as well. Responsibilities cover, analyzing user requirements and creating documents to communicate between business users and the development team including monitoring and testing for new development.

Required Skills:

• Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interface including XML
• Must have knowledge of generating system and business process documentation
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills required
• Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff
• Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT and/or MIS-related discipline
• Over 3 years of business process analysis experience (Sales or logistics experience related to e-Commerce System experience a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Strong business process-related analysis and consultation skills; ability to lead and guide clients
• Knowledge of ERP Logistics and general logistics and supply chain-related processes
• Basic knowledge of SQL and web system management
• Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling multiple clients across different departments
• Strong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team
• Retail or E-commerce experience or an internship within e-commerce a plus

- Experience: Junior (must have min. 3+ yr of related experience)
- Contract period: 1 year
- Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ *must be able to work onsite according to company policy, not negotiable
- Korean/English Bilingual Required: must be able to read, write and speak in both
