- Data analysis and quality reporting.
- Identify failure patterns through hans-on analysis to determine the root cause of the problem.
- Document and provide feedback for corrective actions.
- Conduct field visits in order to analyze potential root causes of issues.
- Provide recommendations to avoid failures.
- Lead customer reviews related to failure analysis results, manage customer-related claims.
- Collaborate with product engineers, R&D engineers and test engineers in the analysis of problems.
- Knowledge in quality and reliability performance metrics.
Experience required:
- Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering or Three years' work experience in an electrical field
- Broad knowledge of test, diagnostics, failure analysis and debug techniques.
- Experience in failure analysis, service and repair operations.
- Knowledge of power electronics
