Lopito, Ileana & Howie, Inc., one of Puerto Rico’s leading advertising agencies, is seeking a Jr. Account Executive to coordinate brand communication for our clients. This person will spearhead the execution of client requests in collaboration with all other agency teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, an intuitive understanding of marketing strategy, and an excellent knowledge of digital media.

Role:

• Coordinate advertising campaigns and day-to-day activities, including meetings, presentations, projects, and client servicing processes.
• Foster a strong relationship with our clients based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.
• Support data analysis, market research, strategy development, and creative direction.
• Collaborate closely with our creative, digital, and media teams.
• Actively focus on seeking growth for both clients and agency.
• Contribute to a creative and productive environment.

Profile:

• Graduated from a four-year bachelor's program in marketing or related field at a leading university.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Thorough understanding of marketing, brand identity, storytelling, human behavior, creativity and communication principles.
• 100% written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Digital nativeness and a solid understanding of how marketing works in the digital age.
• Organized and highly detail-oriented.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Inquiring mind, natural curiosity and plenty of common sense.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
