FLE is a rapidly expanding, full service, commercial Electrical Contracting company. We specialize in commercial environments requiring a high level of professionalism and experience. As a rapidly growing company, FLE is looking to expand our Southern California Team with an experienced and certified Electricians. We are seeking a driven individual looking for a long-term commitment. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience as a lead / Foreman Electrician. The right fit for this position should be a well-organized team player that places the client’s expectations above their own. This is an excellent career opportunity!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Must have AT LEAST 5-6 years journeyman / foreman level experience.
• Experience at running projects.
• Valid drivers license with clean record.
• Background in commercial and public projects.
• Have access to personal tools.
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Know and be able to reference the NEC.
• Experience in OSHPD/HCAI is a plus.
• Know how to delegate and run a crew.
• Run a job/project in a safe and efficient manor while adhering to a schedule.
• Setup, clean up and maintain good house keeping on job sites and places of work.
• Interact with customers, good communication skills, clean cut, personable and punctual.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties acceptably. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum 5 years of Journeyman Electrical experience is required.
