Job description
We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning, maintenance and . The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or supply needs
- Stock and maintain supply paper products
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school degree
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
