Pay: $20-$25/hour

Oversight of the Janitorial Department

• · Oversight of all Janitors
• · Assigning job duties
• · Enforcing guidelines
• · Maintaining a schedule
• · Tracking supplies
• · Timecard approvals

General cleaning and disinfection of the facility.

• Cleans and disinfects assigned areas using department cleaning procedures.
• Uses cleaning chemicals properly according to OSHA standards.
• Understands procedures and properly disposes of trash.
• Handles and cleans up emergency spills per department guidelines as well as to OSHA standards.
• Operates and maintains assigned equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintains work and storage areas following established policy and procedures to ensure safety.
• Uses supplies appropriately and effectively.
• Reports problems with equipment and facility in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Operates scissor lift at heights up to 37 feet while performing job duties

Requirements:

• · Janitorial Experience (3 years+ preferred)
• · Supervisory experience (1 year min.)
• · Willing to work any shift including days/nights, holidays, overtime, and weekends.
• · High School Diploma
