Trust Consulting Services is looking to hire a part time Clean Team Member to support Builders First Choice located in Waldorf, Maryland.
Responsibilities:
- Employees need to be aware of cleaning standards but, will also be trained.
- Stripping and waxing floors on multiple levels
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, public areas, etc.
- Must be able to hold a high level of personal integrity and remain focused on the job at hand.
- Willingness to work at different times of the day.
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
- Capacity to take direction.
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30lbs, bend, kneel, and twist to perform the necessary cleaning duties as necessary
- Efficient to finish work in a timely manner.
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum and clean carpets
- Restock, clean, and sanitize restrooms
- Clean windows and restrooms
- Removing Trash
- Dusting
Qualifications:
- Janitorial experience preferred, at least 6 months to 1 year
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
