Job description
TempExperts is seeking a Janitor to join a large company in Tampa. This is a Monday through Friday 8-5 schedule.
This position will be responsible for maintaining the office space, assisting with cleaning, and repairing minor damage.
Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the office buildings.
- Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience with cleaning, maintaining, and repairing office spaces
- Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to walk and stand for 90% of the day
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
