ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our early team at a critical and exciting time for the company. In this position, you will oversee the IT infrastructure for Hopscotch Health, as well as help shape the strategy for tech use within clinics. You will have an opportunity to own end-to-end execution of projects that directly impact the organization's ability to deliver care to patients.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Near-term focus areas for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Have ownership over overall IT infrastructure system efficiency
    • Configure internal systems to support efficient and secure collaboration
    • Support network security, router/firewall management; VPN
    • Support management of relevant IT vendors & 3rd parties as needed
  • Implement and maintain IT lifecycle management processes for corporate and clinic use of hardware and software
    • End point management and security
    • Identity and authentication oversight
    • SaaS license management
  • Define and manage IT solutions, documentation, and policies
    • Device use policies
    • Security policies
    • Disaster planning & recovery policies
    • Corporate and device storage backup and retention policies
  • Provide additional technical support and oversight as needed
    • Basic technical support to corporate employees (e.g. Level 1, 2)
    • Management of IT ticketing system for response, evaluation, and reporting
    • Assist with IT Onboarding/Offboarding of users and devices

ABOUT YOU:

You would be a great fit for this position if you have 2+ years of experience in IT systems administration, and you are:

  • Results-driven and focus time/resources against the most important priorities
  • Able to create comprehensive plans to assure effective management, operations, and maintenance of systems and/or networks.
  • Have knowledge of debugging protocols and continuous improvement processes
  • Able to troubleshoot problems and issues identified and implement corrective actions quickly
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and bring a structured, proactive approach to get things done and execute
  • Articulate and succinct with communication about complex concepts, verbally and in writing, and use synthesized communications to drive results

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of IT & system administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree (computer science, engineering or technical discipline)
  • Experience in maintaining troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with Azure AD
    • Experience with SharePoint and Office 365 administration
    • Experience with cyber-risk reduction strategies
    • Comp TIA A+ Certification
    • Network+ Certification
