Job description

Responsible for maintaining local IT systems including workstations and servers. Oversees data security, operating systems, backup systems processing, email systems, and other desktop software. Works with IT and data security vendors in supporting local and external connectivity and security. Oversee and manage User/group, security permissions, group policies, and print services. Monitor ongoing overall data security and systems health. Works with others to maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, patch management and security updates. Oversee and support both internal office and work from home workstations. Some client facing reporting and ongoing support.

Serve as a key member of the Jacksonville, Florida Office leadership group, and a critical member of the greater Complete Recovery IT/IS group.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven demonstrated success in previous IT role.
• Experience with or knowledge of database structure, file layouts, and management, file import/export processing, Windows Server, and workstation management. and cloud file storage and retravel.
• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery procedures and establishment of backup and file deletion policies.
• Familiar with system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching.
• Experience in project management, applications design, and systems integration.
• Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Experience overseeing and management of Unix or similar Microsoft server systems administration environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
