- Amazon Web Services (Public Cloud preference)
- Amazon Workspaces (virtual desktops)
- Zero clients, Thin Clients, Windows OS, MacOS/iOS (limited)
- Office365, EMS
- Okta Identity Management
- Cisco Meraki
- Maintain & execute cloud product strategy for core infrastructure services (including Workspaces)
- Define and execute the cloud product strategy for core infrastructure services and evangelize that vision within the organization
- Utilize a data-driven approach to inform decision-making, analyze system and feature performance and identify opportunities for optimization, improvement, and cost savings
- Be comfortable in getting hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done
- Make recommendations on how new cloud offerings fit in our environment
- Develop documentation on system specifications and operating instructions
- Act as escalation point to diagnose and repair core infrastructure services in the environment
- Strong practical Windows-based administration skills in a Cloud / Virtual environment
- 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure and Workstation (Workspaces preferable) Design/Management
- 2+ years of cloud services & infrastructure
- Experience managing cloud design, operations, monitoring, alerting and notifications
- Real-world Cloud Computing experience (preferably AWS and Azure/Office 365)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to help define and document IT policies
