Irrigation Technician, Parterre Garden Services, Inc.

Parterre Garden Services, one of Greater Boston’s leading horticultural services and fine gardening companies, is searching for an eager individual with an entrepreneurial spirit for our growing Irrigation division. At the core of Parterre are driven horticulturists, creative problem solvers, and conscientious managers who are dedicated to providing expert green industry services.

The Irrigation Technician at Parterre provides an entrepreneurial opportunity to build and grow with a new division in a way only a small-business allows, with the behind-the-scenes support of an operationally excellent model. The position reports to the Irrigation Manager and works collaboratively with every division within the company.

Responsibilities

• Service all types of residential irrigation systems including spring startups, seasonal adjustments, and winterizations.
• Perform installations of new systems and amendments to existing systems.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks in Aspire.
• Maintain inventory, tools, equipment, and fleet assigned to the irrigation division.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience in landscape water management, design, and service
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong work ethic, demonstrable ability in prioritization
• Current MA driver’s license

This is a full-time, seasonal position (March-December). Parterre Garden Services offers a highly professional and committed work environment that includes competitive pay, benefits, training program, and educational reimbursement.
