This job posting is for Village at Westlake. Our address is 701 S Capital of Texas Hwy Ste L400, West Lake Hills, TX 78746.

As an inventory unloader, you unload product shipments from trucks and stock and organize the products in the correct places within the restaurant.

If you are interested in working mornings but NOT unloading inventory, WE HAVE SHIFTS AVAILABLE. Starting wage for that is $17/hr.

Job Responsibilities

• Having an understanding and value of the Chick-fil-A company culture

• Modeling a “guest first” attitude while serving them through taking orders, handling forms of payment, and making drinks and desserts

• Providing excellent customer service at all times and ensuring all guests are waited on and served quickly and kindly

• Ability to work on a team and in a fast-paced environment

• Operating technology throughout the shift (POS, cash register, etc.)

• Maintaining a clean work area/environment in the dining room, parking lot, front counter, etc.

• Stocking inventory throughout shift/as necessary (sauces, cups, lids, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Must be hard working, team oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills

• Communicate well with guests and teammates (written and verbal)

• Willing and able to learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Authorized to work in the United States

• At least 16 years old

Flexible Hours

You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them.

Closed Sundays

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator

Our Owner/Operator, Ryan Taylor, is an independent businessman who is responsible for the operation of the restaurant. He invests time in his employees, teaching them important business skills for the future and supporting their ideas and roles in the restaurant.

Competitive Pay

Along with a competitive paycheck, you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills. Our starting pay is $15 or more for part-time positions and $17 or more for full-time positions (depending on experience).
