Reporting to the Logistics Project Manager of the Product Company Rock Hill, the Inventory Control Coordinator’s mission is to lead the cycle count department of Rock Hill Product Company as we continue to strive for excellence. We believe that people perform best in an environment which displays confidence in its employees, offers rewards for positive action and allows prudent risk taking.

This role is responsible for all cycle count and inventory activities to support manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, and process driven. The right candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and bring experience implementing and championing standard processes and best practices to help Product Company Rock Hill scale for growth. The right candidate will have demonstrated competency using BPCS and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Making sure inventory counts are accurate and processed in the system after deep analysis are performed.
  • Develop associates in their area of responsibility, monitoring performance and providing feedback. Identify training and development needs.
  • Identify, lead and implement processes in line with The Way we do Things in order to achieve set goals related to inventory accuracy KPIs.
  • Partner & develop proactive relationships with purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing engineers, finance, logistics and business process colleagues.

  • Flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment & priorities.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle variable workloads.
  • Good communicator
  • Show a concern for order by being accountable and personally well organized.
