Internet/Phone Appointment Coordinator

Salary: $42,000-$65,000 per year

In this internet and phone-based position, you will receive and respond to inquiries from customers visiting various Lee Auto Mall and associated websites and or calling with questions. You will work directly with customers to answer their various questions, generate appointments for the sales teams, maintain accurate data for customer files, and provide over the top customer service.

Lee Auto Mall seeks an individual with strong written and verbal communication skills to work in this fast-paced environment. This candidate must have the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.

This is a regular full-time position and does require some early evening work and work on Saturdays. Prior experience a plus but not necessary.
