Interim MDS Coordinator

We’re looking for an MDS Coordinator for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Wheeling, West Virginia.
The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the completion of the MDS process and supporting the care planning team. In this role, you must be up to date on the Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement rules and have a strong understanding of case mix and RUG scores.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to perform the tasks of the MDS Coordinator
- Active West Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with staff, residents and family members
- Knowledge of current state and federal regulations
- Knowledge of MDS, Medicare and care-planning process
