Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), is seeking applications for an Interim Assistant Baseball Coach in accordance with all NCAA, MAAC and College regulations from March 20, 2023 to May 31, 2023.

Specific responsibilities will include coaching the pitchers and assisting in all areas of the offensive and defensive game. Other duties include but are not limited to: recruiting, practice and game facility preparation, camp responsibilities, field maintenance, administrative tasks, practice, fundraising, game responsibilities and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, demonstrated organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively and adhere to NCAA and MAAC policies.

Salary for Interim position: March 20, 2023 to May 31, 2023: $ 11,720.00*

A Bachelor's degree is required. Excellent knowledge of the techniques of the sport and excellent communication skills desired. College coaching and/or playing experience preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment

A background screening is required.
