Job description
- Assist regional reentry coordinator (RRC) with management of ISS, ensuring continuity of services provided in the region.
- Assists in promoting local/region-wide exposure and sustainability of the division.
- Broker community services and develop resources throughout the region.
- Supervise a team of assigned intensive supervision officers, making on-site visits, ensuring compliance with ISS guide-lines, oversight and approval of leave/attendance and other HR duties for ISOS under direct supervision, direct and provide on-the-job training of new intensive supervision officers (ISO), audit young offender cases within the ISS web application.
- Work in unison with institutional staff and ISOS to develop re-entry plans for young offenders while incarcerated.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles of restorative justice.
- Participate in job-related training as required, oversee ISOS complete required training and promote training opportunities for professional growth within the region.
- Perform other duties as assigned by regional reentry coordinator.

State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree and related experience.
SCDC Requirements: (Or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources).
A master's degree.- One (1) year of case management/human services field experience,
- A Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of case management/human services field related experience preferred.
