Athenix Special Missions (ASM) is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist for a position at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Hampton, VA.

Summary: The Air Force (AF) Air Combat Command (ACC) is responsible for the Organizing, Training, and Equipping activities to satisfy mission and readiness requirements as the AF Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) provider. ACC maintains combat-ready forces for rapid deployment and employment through regional ACC and other Component Major Commands (C-MAJCOM) Air Component Commanders supporting Combatant Command (CCMD) tasks.
This position is located at the 480th ISR Wing, A38 headquartered at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. Aligned under 16 AF, the 480th ISR Wing is the lead wing for the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), and includes national cryptologic, information technology, cyber ISR, tactical analysis, Combined Forces Air Component Commander-support, and national-to-tactical signals intelligence integration. The wing executes global full spectrum ISR operations for USAF major command Air Components and combatant commander operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
- Review documents for accuracy, and respond to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, formatting, or assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings.
- Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities.
- Create read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings.
- Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
- Other tasks as required.
Experience and Education
- Master's degree and 10 years' experience in the intelligence field, or
- Bachelor's degree and 15 years' experience in the intelligence field, or
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated outstanding briefing skills to senior leadership
- Product research (across multiple databases)
- Proficient in JIRA Data Base
- Proficient in Confluence
- Proficient in UNICORN
- Proficient in CHAOS
- Proficient in ROME
- Experience in internal/external Intelligence Community and Numbered AF coordination
- Knowledge of Global Force Management process
- Knowledge of Wing's AET program/processes
- Knowledge of AOC ISR operations
- Knowledge of Wing's regional alignment
- Knowledge of ICDs
- Knowledge of Intelligence Production Requirements (IPR)
