Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician - $5000 Signing Bonus!

Woburn and North Andover Pediatric Associates, a physician-owned practice for 50+ years, is looking for several Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians to join our busy pediatric practice in both of our locations.

In response to the rapidly growing need for behavioral health support for our patients, we’re expanding the scope of our integrated behavioral health services. The proactive and collaborative clinicians in this new role will:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term evidence-based behavioral health interventions to our patients & families.
  • Provide consultative and educational support to our medical providers when seeing patients with behavioral health needs, including patients that are in crisis situations.
  • Actively contribute to the practice's integration efforts by identifying opportunities and making recommendations for the future-state of our BH offerings.
  • Support the coordination of care for behavioral health recommendations and referrals to community-based providers & services outside the practice, as needed.
  • Document progress notes and communication within the electronic medical record (Epic) in a timely manner.
  • Actively participate in meetings and professional development that support the practice’s integrated healthcare model and enhance our ability to provide effective, efficient, and quality care.

These full-time clinician positions are available in both our WOBURN and NORTH ANDOVER offices
