We are looking for a Intake Coordinator to join our Little Rock team! Experience in Customer Service, scheduling/managing client files preferred. Must be organized, pleasant and caring to both clients and aides over the phone/in person, able to perform multiple tasks, willing to work as a team and help where needed. Must be someone who welcomes challenges and problems with a level head and sense of urgency. We have a great staff to work with and company rewards for high performers!

Job Expectations-

Greet visitors, clients and caregivers with a pleasant and helpful attitude.

Answer incoming calls, resolving requests for services by completeing the intake form, running eligibility and forwarding eligible to office RN for assessment.

Back up for Client Care Coordinator for billing logs, timesheet corrections and afterhours call.

Assist potential new hires with orientation packet, explanation of client services and company expectations

Monthly caregiver/client chart audits, keeping a record of communication and request for completion of required missing signatures, documents etc.

Chart Filing and Maintaining organization of file room.

Job Type: Full-time
