Wellbound Certified Home Health Agency is seeking reliable Full- Time Insurance Specialist. Supportive staff and 1:1 paid training with the supervisor. DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY!!!!

Responsibilities

• This position will report to the Vice President of Finance
• Proactively coordinate and collaborate with colleagues to fulfill mission and objectives of the job
• Obtain authorizations from various insurance companies
• Disenroll from manage care plans
• Follow up on any insurance related issues
• Follow up on referral leads
• Verify Medicare and Medicaid Eligibility
• Input new patients into EMR (HCHB)

Qualifications

• Documentation of COVID-19 vaccination or a valid medical exemption
• Required Associates Degree (Bachelors prefered)
• Up to 1-2 years of experience with Insurance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work and interact with employees at all levels.
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks successfully.
• Highly professional and able to always maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
