Job description
We are seeking an Account Manager with 6+ years of experience in providing customer service and sales support to clients. This individual must have an extensive background in account management and understanding of the insurance industry. Company-specific products knowledge is a must, as well as a proven record of building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients. The right candidate will enjoy a flexible schedule, extensive training opportunities and excellent pay.
Responsibilities:
- Perform underwriting, sales and customer service activities.
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the insurance office.
- Access data in insurance company's computer system to analyze insurance policies and claims.
- Work with clients to review and renew their insurance policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them to their satisfaction.
- Be a leader and mentor to junior customer service representatives.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
