About the role:
The Instructional Designer and Content Developer works closely with business partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to develop high-quality eLearning experiences to support business goals. This individual is primarily focused on the creation of interactive, multi-media content, from the initial ideation/storyboard phase through to final development. This will include Storyline interactions, graphics, animations and video. This position reports to the Digital Medical Education Manager.

Candidates must provide work samples/portfolio links and be prepared to discuss projects during the interview.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partner with subject matter experts to:
  • Support the development of digital learning content
  • Ensure training meets the identified learning outcomes and/or goals
• Provide expertise in Storyline and Rise projects
• Creatively develop all learning solutions to be visually engaging while maintaining BSC brand standards
• Ensure a consistent approach to usability and learner experience design
