About the Opportunity - Garage Door Installer

As an Installation Technician for Precision Door Service, you will be an integral member of our team. Your duties will include the installation and replacement of residential garage doors and openers.

We are offering a Signing Bonus

• Total Bonus of $2,750
• $250 Bonus paid on your first day of employment after signing.
• $500 paid per biweekly pay day for 10 weeks.
• Signing Bonus offered to encourage skilled workers to apply and supplement income during transition and training.
• Stepped Training 8-10 weeks 5 days per week Monday-Friday. Paid Salary of $1,800 biweekly(plus a $500 Signing Bonus biweekly)
• Signing Bonus is a 1 year commitment with repayment prorated upon early termination.

Work Schedule:

After Training this job will be 4 days per week, but will still be full time. No Weekends.

Qualifications:

A Precision Door Installer should have:

Exceptional work-ethic. Needs to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.

A near perfect attendance record, and ability to handle a high level of responsibility.

Ability to deliver superior customer service.

Commitment to meeting high quality standards.

A clean or nearly clean driving record (minimum of three years).

Capability of heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds or more).

Ability to adhere to scheduling and attendance requirements.

No experience necessary. All applicants will have to pass a drug test, and background check prior to being hired. Applicants only need general mechanical skills and exceptional motivation.
