Job Description:
Vanir CM has an opportunity for a talented individual to assist in the continued strategic growth of our organization. The position of QA/QC Inspector will work collaboratively with internal and external clients to deliver intelligent solutions to ensure quality project delivery. This individual will be instrumental in providing complex inspection services in accordance with various building codes and quality assurance standards. Our unique culture fosters growth, communication, and teamwork to allow professionals to achieve their goals. As a Vanir employee, you will be a vital member solving complex design, construction, and operational issues with a maintained focus on customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related Engineering discipline is preferred- Ideal candidates will possess 3+ years of Inspection experience working on large complex construction projects / programs
- Knowledge and experience with construction inspection processes, systems, means, methods, and materials is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong communication, writing, and computer skills are essential
- Must travel to specified site
- Must have valid WA state drivers license
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The salary range for this position is $25-$37 hourly.
