Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced remote sales representative
As a remote inside sales representative at Credit Glory, you'll be responsible for providing credit consultations and guiding individuals on why Credit Glory may (or may not) be a great choice to improve their credit. All leads are high-converting inbound calls, so there's no cold calling involved. You'll be responsible for hitting your daily KPIs by taking inbound calls and collaborating with your Sales Manager to improve your performance. This role includes one weekend day.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Educate clients on our credit repair services and the benefits of working with our company
- Close sales and meet monthly sales quotas
- Use digital tools to manage and track sales leads
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of credit reports, credit scores, and credit repair
- Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools to communicate and manage work
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to meet monthly sales quotas
Compensation and Benefits (after 30 days)
- Base salary of $31,200 per year
- Uncapped commissions and bonuses paid weekly
