Mission and Outcomes: FloWater was founded with a simple idea and a big vision. As we expand across the United States, we are looking for a hard-working, team-oriented Inside Sales Rep to join the team who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making a high number of sales calls per day, setting appointments for the sales account executives you support, working with channel partners, generating interest, and qualifying prospects and closing sales for customers out of our local sales territories. You will report directly into the VP of Regional & Local Markets.

Great Candidates: Will have terrific sales fundamentals. The right candidate will have a proven background of effectively qualifying leads, setting warm appointments for sales account executives, reducing the length of the pitch to close cycle for account executives, strong selling skills, including an amazing ability to work the phone, and to negotiate and close deals with a shining personality. Sharp attention to detail with experience in report tracking and CRM tools. This candidate brings a ton of hustle to a high energy and results-oriented team.

Responsibilities and Role:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Work alongside you fellow Sales team to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective pitch presentations to prospects utilizing web conferencing platforms and the phone

Candidate Competencies:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing a high volume of calls per day (75-100)
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with HubSpot, NetSuite or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Associates degree or equivalent preferred

Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary and bonus plan (OTE $80k+), as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A, 401k), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
