Center City Phila. Legal Support Company is looking for a highly motivated professional to cultivate new relationships and bring on new clients from the start. This is an entry level position and the chosen candidate will work with our Sales and Marketing and Account Management teams and assist with anything they need.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate, act on, and convert new leads
• Schedule and confim First Time Appointments
• Document and meeting preparation
• Client Reports
• Provide support to current clients and assist them
• Meet with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction with services

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
• 2-4 Years Sales and Marketing experience
• Outgoing personality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint)
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• An inherent drive to learn and grow in the position and with the organization

We are a nationwide litigation support company that provides services to insurance carriers, self-insurers, TPAs, medical providers and law firms throughout the country. We provide litigation support pertaining to insurance claims with our primary service being record retrieval. Our Corporate Headquarters is in Philadelphia PA and staff over 80 employees with various duties and responsibilities.

Compensation:

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 hourly + incentives (salary negotiable per experience)
