Shift Hours:
6pm-6am on and off schedule

The Mold Technician is responsible for:
The Engineering Mold Technician supports the molding operation with the process, equipment, part quality, and issue troubleshooting. This technician also participates in corrective action, continuous improvement, and engineering projects.

Day-to-day, you can find yourself working on:
Address and resolve daily manufacturing issues.
Review and troubleshoot process to ensure product meets customer requirements
Verify product meets customer requirements
Gather data and enter correct cycle, job information into injection molding press and auxiliary equipment and starts production job.
Perform required quality inspection on every job
Generate and control manufacturing reports and records, as requested.

Who you are:
Post-secondary education or 2-year degree in a related field (Injection Molding, Extrusion, Plastics).
1+ years of Injection Molding experience and ability to practice scientific molding methods.
Troubleshooting skills for Injection Molding Machines
Experience with: Injection Mold machines, additive feeders, stack tools, quality testing tools.
