Enterprise Fleet Management (EFM), an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings,has an opening for multiple Initial Registration Coordinators on the Initial Registration Team! This is an exciting opportunity on a newly created team that will be focused on managing the initial registration process for all EFM fleet vehicle deliveries.


This position is a remote position that will work from home 100%.

These Initial Registration Coordinators will serve as an industry expert for the EFM Sales team and clients on title and registration processing. This role will manage and ensure success of the initial registration process and serve as the primary contact for assigned groups and regions. The ideal candidate is a professional communicator, has excellent customer service skills and is a self-motivated team player.


This opportunity works 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, and offers a flex schedule! We also offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Starting salary range of $44,400 - $49,000 per year depending upon relevant experience and skill level
  • The potential to earn an additional $2,800 per year through a 9 course certification program

Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact for assigned groups for all aspects of the initial registration process
  • Oversee the initial registration and temp tag management process for assigned groups, including dealer instruction and document collection
  • MSO follow up escalation process to ensure they are collectioned timely
  • Primary Q&A resource for assigned groups - responsible for proactive notification to groups on any issues or challenges
  • Provide group and internal coaching and training; assist in identifying where larger training and process opportunities exist and make recommendations of corrective action
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, state motor vehicle departments and license & title services
  • Develop and Maintain strong Group and internal partner relationships
  • Produce and analyze both ad hoc and scheduled reports
  • Monitor vehicle registration and renewal status with state motor vehicle departments and license & title services
  • Troubleshoot license & title problems for customers and groups
  • Act as the liaison between customers, groups, and state motor vehicle departments
  • Prepare backup of transactions for groups

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications include:
  • Must reside in St. Louis, MO or the surrounding MO counties
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years experience in compliance and regulatory processes or vendor management and consultative sales support OR
  • Must have a H.S. Diploma/GED with 4-5 years experience in compliance and regulatory processes or vendor management and consultative sales support
  • Must have relevant PC/Computer experience plus a working knowledge of multiple Microsoft programs including Excel and Outlook
  • Must be willing to accept $44,400 - $49,000 per year
