Job description
- Apply an epidemiologic approach to problem solving
- Serve as the infection control consultant for the Infection Prevention team on surveillance identification
- Communicate surveillance findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Develop and present educational programs
- Serve as liaison with Infection Prevention team for required reportable diseases
- Participate in process improvement activities
Salary range: $81500.00-$192500.00 Annual
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
- Solid background in the application of CDC (NHSN) surveillance definitions
- In-depth knowledge of data management, analysis, reporting, and documentation methods used in infection control
- Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
