The Weston School is looking for full-time infant teachers to join our dynamic team! We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, promote safety, and enjoy being creative and teaching young learners.

Pay Rate= $15- 18.50/ hr. based on experience and relevant education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a weekly lesson plan and follow a full schedule of activities teaching developmentally appropriate skills.
- Provide a variety of materials and resources for infants to explore.
- Promote opportunities for infants to observe, question, and investigate.
- Follow a cleaning routine throughout the day that keeps all classroom areas sanitary and safe.
- Build a nurturing relationship with each infant and family in your classroom. Develop strong communication with all parents and families.
- Serve students prepared bottles, snacks, and meals, and monitor students during mealtimes.
- Changes diapers for all infants routinely throughout the day.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
License: Child Development Associates (CDA)- or willingness to obtain -preferred
Experience: Prior experience beneficial, but not required; paid training provided. Passion for educating children mandatory!

*Must pass all background and drug tests
*Must be 21 years of age due to licensing requirements.
