Job description
Inova Staffing is hiring for an electrical technician position for one of our clients in Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift direct hire position.
Pay: $30-35/hour, + shift differential
Responsibilities:
Performing facility repairs at all voltage levels, including HVAC systems, electrical wiring, light fixtures, electrical wiring, automation equipment, wiring and rewiring of facility machinery and ancillary equipment.
Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for plant machinery and press equipment, including power controls, power supplies, PLC's, motors, etc.
Perform preventative maintenance projects and make necessary repairs.
Responsible for maintaining good safety practices and eliminating safety hazards in area of assignment and ensuring compliance to safety rules and plant emergency procedures, including all ISO 14001 environmental and TS16949 quality issues.
Enforce good housekeeping practices in area(s) of assignment.
Qualifications:
Must have experience installing troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and components per electrical code.
Must be able to read schematics and run conduit/wiring.
3 years' experience with mechanical practice, facilities/electrical maintenance and manufacturing
